Waited the whole hour for them to wash truck in front of me. When went to confront them why this line takes extra long supervisor had an attitude. Needless to say I’m thankful for that experience, cause now I found a better truck wash in the area and never coming back here again. Customer service? Never heard of it. Also when told guys washing truck “its been an hour” the guy just started soaping the truck fender( like in an hour you never did wash that fender) and just smiled at me with facial expression “you gonna be here for longer buddy”

Worst truck wash ever. Almost 30 years out here OTR. Side note: Why do all the trucks in front of me take an hour apiece to do, and mine takes 10 minutes?
